Is it safe to pay here?
Card and mobile money payments are taken by PayChangu on their own checkout. Your card number and PIN never pass through our website. Bank transfers go to an account held in the organisation's name, never to an individual.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. For PayChangu payments it is emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed. For bank transfers we send it once we have matched your slip to our statement, usually within two working days.
Can I give from outside Malawi?
Yes, with a Visa or Mastercard. The amount is charged in Malawi kwacha and your bank converts it at its own rate, so check today's kwacha rate before you choose an amount.
How do I stop a monthly or yearly gift?
Email or call us and we will cancel it. You do not need to give a reason.
How do I know my money reached the campaign?
Each campaign page shows a running total that goes up when a payment is confirmed. We also post updates on the campaign and publish audited accounts every year.
