Fundraising campaign for the twins, Benadetha and Patience Mushani
Help the twins go to a school they worked hard for.
Project Overview & Background
Twin sisters Benadetha Mushani and Patience Mushani have made their family proud after both being selected to St. Mary’s Girls National Secondary School from Lupaso Primary School in rural Karonga District.
This should be a time of celebration for the family. Both girls have worked hard, and both have earned a place at a national boarding school.
But there is a problem. Fees are MK600,000.00 per term, meaning their parent needs MK1.2 million to send both daughters to school by 14 September 2026.
Their parent, a primary school teacher, says the salary is not enough to support both girls.
“Some might judge me, but the salary I am receiving can’t support all these girls at boarding.”
The parent can manage to send one girl. But what about the other?
These are twin sisters who have reached this point together. It is painful to imagine one going to school while the other is left behind simply because their parent cannot afford both.
Both girls deserve the same opportunity. What do you think?
If you can help Benadetha and Patience, please stand with this family and help these two sisters continue their education together. Support a girl child !
